BA BLAZE TRAILER

This Food Truck was created in Ennis, TX. It is 18ft length, 9ft wide, 18ft length tin roof canopies on both sides, tin roof, open air screened in trailer, 2 doors, service window, hand sink, 3 compartment sink, sandwich prep table, work top refrigeration, 4 ft steel grill/smoker, 2x2 steel upright smoker,  50amp 220 box, whisper generator, 22 gallon water tank & 30 gallon waste tank.

CATERING EVENT TERMS

Delta Bound presents BA BLAZE Food Truck/Trailer.

The Menu dictates the pricing per person.

Average per person ranges from  $13 - $30. Again, it depends on the menu/ items selected. 

Minimum Guarantee is $1000 for 4 hour Window (setup, service & breakdown) Service from Food Truck/Trailer. We do charge $250 in 1 hour blocks over the 4 hour minimum listed above.

$150 Non-Refundable Booking Fee, ONCE paid these terms & any other terms stated in email, contract, &/or invoice/quote are automatically agreed on by the client. 

35% of Quoted Service to be paid 5 days before the event & becomes non-refundable.

9.75% Sales Tax to be added

20% Service Fee/Tip will be added at end of Service. 

We do not offer cleanup service for any event. 

All checks are to be paid to Delta Bound.

If you give us a total guests to serve you will be responsible for that a number plus any extra servings/guests we serve. So be please try to be accurate with you numbers. We will always bring small amount of overage from your final number & if not used will not be billed to you. As for menu, we do not make the same amount of each item, at our discretion we will set a par for each item that will add up to equal your head count. So there are chances we could sale out of an item or two during service. If you want to carry extra servings of an item, you can let us know & we can add that to your total head count. 

We can do about 30 -40 people per hour. So for a 4 hour window, that would be 120 top end (keeping in mind the menu) we could serve over 3 hours. Keep in mind, that we have already done quite a bit of work before we even get to any location. 

Our goal is not speedy service, but to focus on serving up great food cooked from our Grill & Smoker by using fire only. We do not use Propane to fuel our grill or smoker.   

BA BLAZE caters more to laid back events with no expectations to serving quickly. The more laid back the event, the more flexible we are with our time.  

There is a 72 hour notice of cancelation. If after, 72 hours has passed, there is an additional 35% charge from the approved quoted/invoiced amount that should be paid to Delta Bound day of Cancelation. IF the event goes ahead as planned, the remaining balance is to be paid day of the event. Day of event, 100% plus any fees, tips, tax, etc. due shall be paid that day. 

Buffet Catering: IF you would like for us to bring our Food Truck/Trailer & then setup buffet style service, there are additional charges. 

Being that our Food Truck/Trailer is open Kitchen, you will hear us speak direct, blunt, to the point with each other & also will be doing so in a louder voice so as we can hear each other over any noise, etc. This is not uncommon in any Professional Kitchen. So please make sure your guests are aware.

Client is responsible for their guests. If we come to you about a concern we only ask that it be addressed, so that we can continue doing our job. 

We are very straightforward with our customers when it comes to who we are & what we do.  We work hard to make sure we make you happy, but we hope that you will respect our ways. Our rates are fair for what we offer. We are like any other business, we need to be able to pay our employees, bills, etc. while also making a profit. 

We will try to accommodate individual requests and circumstances on a case by case basis.  


TERMS REGARDING FOOD TRUCK/TRAILER ARRIVAL ON LOCATION: 

Long hanging limps, etc. need to be cut above 15ft & limbs, bushes need to be cut a width of more than 9ft before we arrive , we need easy in & out from locations, we cannot park on uneven ground (safety for us & guests) , we do not ramp up curbs unless there is way to keep us from bottoming out. These are non-negotiable & once the Non-Refundable Booking Fee is paid it is automatically agreed on. 

These terms can be changed at anytime without notice to client. We of course are not going to bind any client to new terms written here, if we already have an agreement binding for an event. These terms would be enforced on any new event where the Non-Refundable Booking Fee has been paid.
